Role Description

The position of Project Manager - Planning and Execution in Real Estate Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, and liaising with various teams and stakeholders. The role also involves managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring work quality meets company standards.

To Plan, execute, and drive projects to on-time completion through strong planning, day-to-day execution control, and coordination. Own timelines and delivery while working in alignment with the Principal Architect with quality and finish standards

Key Responsibilities

Prepare master and week-wise project schedules

Drive day-to-day site execution through site engineers

Coordinate with Principal Architect, MEP teams, vendors & contractors

Ensure drawings, approvals, and materials are planned and issued on time

Monitor progress, sequencing, manpower & productivity

Identify risks early and implement recovery plans

Drive snag rectification, testing, commissioning & handover

Escalate issues early with clear solutions

Schedule adherence

Smooth execution with minimal rework

Timely handovers

Requirements Engineering / Architecture background preferred

812 yrs strong execution experience

Excellent planning & coordination skills (MS Project / Excel)

Proven ability to run sites and close projects

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Inspection to oversee coordination and quality control processes effectively.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience in real estate or construction project management is highly desired.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
