Primary Responsibilities:

Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across IT projects.

Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using KPIs and metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered within budget and financial constraints.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Publish different management reports.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to project managers and teams on PMO tools and processes.

Required Competencies:

Knowledge of loan origination workflows and digital lending systems.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Office, and data visualization tools.

Excellent communication, analytical.
