Job Description
Responsibilities
Reports to the Installation Manager.
Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.
Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.
Internal Skills And Expertise
Desired Education, Skills & Experience
Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
Working days- 6 days per week Project Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering
