We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems will be an added advantage.

Candidates with a background in Accounting or Finance will be highly preferred, as the role involves understanding financial processes and ensuring ERP solutions align with business and accounting requirements.

Role Description

Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Gather and analyze client business requirements and align them with ERP capabilities.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project budgets.

Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring effective issue resolution.

Conduct client meetings, status reviews, and project updates with stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions.

Manage change requests, scope management, and project governance.

Support user training, system adoption, and post-implementation support.

Ensure projects follow best practices in ERP implementation and project management methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar solutions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and ERP financial modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, CRM, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent finance-related certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in ERP financial module implementation or finance transformation projects.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
