Job Description
Desired skills/experiences:
- 8+ years of IT project management, large projects in B2B with multiple stake holders - internal & external
- Understanding of IoT, Cloud computing, Web/Mobile App based systems& application architecture
- Direct customer handling experience with customer visits
- Process & documentation-oriented approach to deliver quality releases
- Oversee multiple teams/sprints for Builds, QA, Release process
- End to end experience of 2 to 3 successful projects from POC to large scale deployment
- Technically sound, understand & talk techno functional language
- People & team management direct & matrix organization
- Establish, maintain relationships with third parties/vendors &drive them for deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, written &verbal, keeping the stake holders informed & usage of right tools, process & methods
- Strong in proactive risks, issues & dependencies management
- Strong in project management tools, office tools & scrum-based releases management
- Developing comprehensive project plan, tracking, reporting & management
- Contribution to process, continuous improvement
- Domain knowledge ability to learn domain/system knowledge, business process
- Own Project Scope, Risks, Dependencies, Quality and delivery as per expected norms.
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Nice to have:
- Build relationship and engage high profile customers
- External client facing experience, Stake holder management across different levels right up to CXO
- Experience of delivering at least 2 UI/UX rich systems/applications with understanding of user persona
- Aviation domain experience.
KPI/Relevant past experience:
- Manage change & ensure less than 10% deviation from agreed scope
- On time delivery of project within budget &schedule
- Good quality release with zero P1 & P2
- Less than 10% deviation from committed schedule
- Customer feedback 4.5/5
- Continuous improvement Design, Code, QA, build & release process
- Documentation of design, architecture, user stories, test, development & build for a product
