Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager (Remote) to keep our operations running smoothly.

You'll coordinate between clients and our creative team, manage timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do:

Schedule and publish content across client accounts

Some community management for client social media accounts

Manage content pipeline in Airtable

Meta ad management (training provided)

Assign tasks to team via Asana and follow up on progress

Track team efficiency and flag delays, missed deadlines, or workload imbalances

Optimize Asana workflows and report on team productivity

Follow up with clients on approvals via WhatsApp, botim and email

Coordinate shoots including booking dates, permits, and logistics

Send invoices and payment reminders

Technical Skills Required:

Experience working with Asana, Airtable, or similar project management tools

Strong written English for daily client communication via WhatsApp and email

Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting

Soft Skills Required:

Proactive. Flags problems before they escalate, not after

Strong communication: Sets clear expectations and keeps your word on stated timelines

Organized and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks

Effective task management and deadline coordination

Who You Are:

You have 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency environment. You're the person who keeps things moving.

Following up, chasing approvals, making sure everyone delivers on time.

You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, you flag it, you fix it.

Location: Remote (India)

Hours: 12:30pm - 8:30pm IST (Saturday: 12:30pm - 4:30pm)

Salary: Upto 22,000
