Project Manager (Workspace Interior Fitouts)

A workplace interior design and build company based in HSR Layout, Bangalore delivering turnkey corporate interior solutions is hiring a Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead on-site execution of commercial fitout projects. The firm undertakes corporate office interiors and workspace fitouts, managing projects from planning through handover with structured site execution processes.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordination, on-site execution, cost monitoring, and stakeholder communication across interior fitout projects. The role requires managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Develop project schedules and track defined milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors including MEP, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, and joinery trades
• Plan procurement activities and monitor material deliveries
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to approved specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
• Maintain site documentation and progress records
• Track project costs against approved budgets
• Review subcontractor invoices and manage variations or change orders
• Lead progress meetings with clients and consultants
• Provide structured project status updates
• Conduct inspections, manage snag lists, and oversee project handover

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 1015 years of experience in interior fitout project management
• Experience delivering corporate office or workplace interior projects
• Strong understanding of architectural and MEP drawings
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction standards
• Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes
• Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Work Schedule:

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
