Project Manager with a Financial Services Company

Were Hiring | Project Manager IT Infrastructure (Bangalore) with a Financial Services Company.

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery across IT Infrastructure initiatives , covering Project Lifecycle Management, Agile execution, and UAT . The role will work closely with cross-functional technology teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT Infrastructure programs
• Lead Agile project execution , including sprint planning, tracking, and delivery governance
• Own and manage UAT planning, coordination, execution, and sign-off
• Drive project schedules, risks, dependencies, and RAID logs
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Track progress using JIRA dashboards and reports and provide regular status updates

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in Project Lifecycle Management & UAT
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA
• Experience with Cloud platforms AWS and Azure
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Background

• Candidates from FinTech / BFSI / Digital Payments background preferred
• Experience working in high-availability, regulated environments is a plus
