Role Description

As Project Manager, you will oversee the complete project lifecyclemanaging scope, budget, planning, and technical delivery from quotation and kickoff through commissioning.

• Leading full project execution: define objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource planning; track progress and apply corrective measures to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead execution for installations (51000 m/day): coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, FAT/commissioning, and documentation to ensure ontime, firsttimeright delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, maintaining transparent communication and strong, trustbased relationships.
• Manage risks and quality: identify risks early, implement mitigation actions, and uphold technical standards and documentation quality.
• Oversee financial performance: prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs and hours, and initiate change controls or customer PO updates for variations or additional work.
• Support continuous improvement by standardizing and enhancing project processes across the Pune organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical or industrial projects; a background in water treatment or process engineering is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, including parallel project tracks.
• Strong collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team (5 people), including clear task delegation and a coachingoriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Bonus: experience with international Maritime Oil & Gas projects
