Product : The evolution of Vymo as a product can be broadly divided into three phases
1. Lead and Activity Management: We provided a mobile-first lead and activity management tool that
enabled large enterprises with distributed field sales teams to digitize their sales processes and get real
time visibility into their team’s productivity.
2. Sales Engagement Platform: We built capabilities like nudges, goals, playbooks, performance
dashboards etc that enabled large financial institutions to improve their business outcomes (faster time to
convert,higher sales, increased productivity etc).
3. Distribution Management Platform: We are currently in this phase. With a significant increase in the
number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business activities, financial institutions
are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition, we realize that we have an opportunity to become
an insurance “core system” by owning the end-to-end advisor life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training,
selling, engagement and performance management.
About the Role:
Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing implementation projects, ensuring seamless
deployment, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. You will coordinate
cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
● Customer Implementation: Lead SaaS product implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
● Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to align priorities and manage resources.
● Agile & Scrum Practices: Manage projects using Agile methodologies, conducting sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
● Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
● Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.
● Performance Tracking: Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to track progress and ensure milestones are met.
● Customer Success & Training: Support customers during and after implementation by providing training, documentation, and best practices.
● Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications & Skills
● 6 - 8 years of project management experience in SaaS, cloud solutions, or software implementation.
● Understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration methods
(APIs, webhooks).
● Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
● Excellent ability to manage teams, communicate with stakeholders, and handle escalations.
● Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive projects to success.
● Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or other project management tools.
● PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
● Experience managing SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers.
● Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
● Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
