Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can operate independently in a startup-style environment. You will manage multiple client projects end-to-end while working with small, cross-functional teams. This role blends project management, delivery ownership, and hands-on coordination, and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full project delivery across multiple client accounts with small teams.
• Translate high-level client requirements into clear tasks, sprints, and priorities.
• Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the single point of ownership for timelines, scope, and delivery quality.
• Work directly with designers, developers, and stakeholders, no middle layers.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope creep; resolve fast.
• Manage changing priorities without slowing execution.
• Keep documentation, timelines, and task boards lightweight but accurate.
• Ensure rapid feedback loops between clients and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency or startup environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with lean teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
• Ability to operate with minimal guidance and high accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience wearing multiple hats (PM, delivery lead, coordinator).
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.
• Basic understanding of web, mobile, or product development workflows.
• Comfort working directly with founders or senior leadership.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups or lean agencies.
