Project Manager

The ideal candidate need to know and Understand shop drawings , approvals , consultant coordination , monitor budgets, variation, able to negotiate on site value engineering measures,

planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• BE ( Civil ) from a reputed college
• Experience at site a min of 12 years , with well known developers and projects in residential real estate
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal English written, and organizational skills is a must
• Present Location from Mumbai Must
