Job Description
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidates should come from a Civil or MEP engineering background and have a consistent track record of managing medium to large-scale fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Manage site operations, contractors, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and consultants for project approvals and deliverables.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cost control, billing, documentation, and project reporting.
- Lead and mentor site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- 810 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out project management.
- Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Proven experience in managing contractors and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Preferred Background
- Experience in corporate offices, commercial interiors, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- PMP or other project management certifications (optional but preferred).
