Project Manager

We are looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidates should come from a Civil or MEP engineering background and have a consistent track record of managing medium to large-scale fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage site operations, contractors, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and consultants for project approvals and deliverables.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cost control, billing, documentation, and project reporting.
• Lead and mentor site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• 810 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out project management.
• Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, finishing works, and project coordination.
• Proven experience in managing contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Preferred Background

• Experience in corporate offices, commercial interiors, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• PMP or other project management certifications (optional but preferred).
