Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage construction activities for our residential project. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
• Track project progress and control costs.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 812 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project management.
• Ability to manage contractors, site engineers, and labour teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
