Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Training & Advisory to manage end-to-end execution of training programs, ensure seamless delivery, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate should come from a training or edtech background with strong experience in program execution and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute training and advisory projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Track program schedules, milestones, and quality of delivery
• Handle learner engagement, training logistics, and reporting
• Monitor project performance and ensure timelines and SLAs are met
• Drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness and delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Strong background in Training, Learning & Development, or Advisory delivery
• Experience in project coordination / program delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in EdTech / Learning organizations
• Exposure to training program execution and learner lifecycle management
