Experience: 1-3 Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing IT team. You will act as a vital communication bridge between clients, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure the seamless delivery of custom software, mobile apps, and AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Manage daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables for cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communication: Facilitate sprint planning, internal meetings, and client calls to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitoring: Proactively track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive reports, SOPs, meeting notes, and status updates.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12 years in IT project coordination or support (internships included).
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the SDLC, Agile frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana, alongside MS Office and Google Workspace.
