Location: Mumbai (3 Days WFO)

We are seeking a Project Manager & PM Practitioner to lead strategic digital transformation within the Wealth and Asset Management domain. You will oversee the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from portfolio management to advisory platforms, ensuring rigorous adherence to BFSI regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Excellence: Manage complex project charters, risk frameworks, and Agile execution using advanced JIRA workflows and dashboards.
- AI & Innovation: Leverage 2+ years of AI technology experience to drive modern FinTech integrations and cloud migrations.
- PM Practitioner Role: Act as a subject matter expert by mentoring peers, optimizing internal frameworks, and participating in interview panels to scale our PM talent.
Qualifications
- 912 years in Project Management (5+ years in BFSI; 2+ years in AI).
- Expert-level JIRA proficiency and Agile/Scrum mastery.
- Strong background in financial instruments and stakeholder governance.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist preferred.
