Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology
projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires strong coordination
across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients while ensuring
disciplined use of project management frameworks and tools. The Project Manager
will drive planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and reporting across the
project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource
allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track progress against milestones and proactively address deviations.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment between business, product, engineering, QA, and
leadership teams.
Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project
lifecycle.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare project budgets and track financial performance.
Optimize resource utilization across teams.
Identify risks to cost or schedule and implement mitigation plans.
Project Governance & Delivery
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks.
Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews where
applicable.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are maintained.
Tools & Systems
Hands-on usage of project management and collaboration tools such as:
o Azure DevOps
o JIRA
o Asana
o Confluence
o MS Project or equivalent
Maintain dashboards, workflows, backlog tracking, and reporting within these
systems.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks early and maintain risk registers.
Drive resolution of blockers and cross-team dependencies.
Escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions.
Quality & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies depending on
project needs.
Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Track KPIs such as velocity, delivery predictability, and defect leakage.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or related field.
510 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience delivering software development or digital transformation
projects.
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management
approaches.
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
