Years of Experience: 4 - 7 years

Location: Bengaluru, GS Office ( 5 days onsite )

Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory)

Key Project Focus: Back-end integration projects, specifically post-execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Core Project Management: Extensive PM / BA / PMO skills, able to communicate status and manage issues effectively.
Planning & Execution: Leads project and test planning and execution.
Domain Expertise: Broad financial industry experience with functional expertise.
Experience: Experience within Financial Institutions.

Role: Mid Project Manager

Years of Experience: 7 - 10 years

Location: Bengaluru, GS Office ( 5 days onsite )

Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory)

Key Project Focus: Back-end integration projects, specifically post-execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Plans and manages individual workstreams on programs, guiding teams through the project lifecycle.
Team Management: Develops and manages the teams work plan; identifies and resolves team issues and escalates as appropriate.
Stakeholder Coordination: Prepares and coordinates working group meetings with cross-divisional stakeholders.
Communication: Possesses effective communication skills across stakeholder groups.
Experience: Experience within Financial Institutions.

Mandatory Requirements for All Roles:

Must have Investment Banking domain experience (minimum requirement is global bank/securities experience).
This is a Project Management role, not a pure Business Analyst role.
Must have experience with back-end integration projects, with a strong preference for knowledge of post-execution flows (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.
Must be available for interviews immediately and for a start date in late March/early April.
