Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Execution

· Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for phased onboarding and support initiatives.

· Drive process improvement efforts to enhance seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.

· Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

· Identify and onboard new service vendors to support training and operational needs.

· Oversee contract creation, renewal, and termination processes.

· Coordinate vendor-led training projects, especially during platform upgrades or process changes.

3. Risk Identification & Mitigation

· Proactively identify risks across onboarding and support operations.

· Classify risks by criticality and implement contingency plans to minimize impact.

· Ensure continuity and resilience in project delivery through structured risk management.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Conflict Resolution

· Serve as the central liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.

· Provide clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.

5. Resource & Infrastructure Coordination

· Work with onsite/offshore teams and resource managers to ensure optimal staffing.

· Address infrastructure needs during ramp-up or downsizing phases to maintain operational readiness.
