Job Title: Project Manager (Software / Product Delivery)

CTC: 16 to 20 LPA

What Youll Do

As a Project Manager, youll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for software projects and wellness technology products. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver MERN-based web and mobile solutions.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and SOWs.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate closely with leadership for roadmap alignment and delivery excellence.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of MERN stack architecture (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency with Agile / Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams.
• Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Good-to-Have

• PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
• Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with microservices and API-driven architectures.
