Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction activities related to buildings, infrastructure, and interior fit-out works. The role requires strong on-ground execution capability, coordination with consultants and contractors, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Building, Infrastructure, and Fit-out projects.
• Oversee Civil, Structural, MEP, Finishing, and Interior works.
• Ensure work progresses as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and milestone-based delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site meetings and review progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Validate contractor bills and work completion certifications.
• Work closely with Planning Engineer for schedule tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project costs and prevent overruns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and statutory authorities where required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of construction execution (Civil + MEP + Interiors).
• Hands-on site management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Experience handling multiple contractors simultaneously.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Equivalent Project planning tools preferred.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP or Project Management certification preferred.
• Additional certifications in construction management are an advantage.

Experience

• 812 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in Institutional, Residential, Commercial, campus, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Exposure to end-to-end building lifecycle (foundation to handover).
• Experience handling interior fit-out projects is essential.
