Job Title: Project Manager (Spanish)

Location: Sector 98, Noida

Shift timings: US Shift (Rotational)

Nature of Job: On-site

Must be proficient in Spanish Language

Duties:

Track project workflow, and control all phases of the project to ensure its outcome meets expectations
Documenting each step of the process, and optimizing it
Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows, ensuring they meet client specifications
Mentor operations team members to drive efficiency and innovation; provide guidance on production solutions
Providing technical expertise and guidance to the Operations team, resolving technical challenges, optimizing existing localization processes
Understand and execute client and project requirements
Executes quality assurance processes to ensure translation quality
Manages all project assets and deliverables
Proactively assessing project risks through prioritization, bug management, and any other means necessary
Supports team members and cross trains with other team members as necessary
Use project management software to maximize production and quality, as well as cost management
Review client and third-party feedback and assess the impact on completed and future projects
Log relevant complaints related to vendor, translation quality, and/or formatting
Develop full mastery of the BIG tooling and technology environment
Work closely with leadership to capture business requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and creative thinking to readily offer solutions
Knowledge of CAT tools
Organized and skilled multitasker who possesses the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in technology
5+ years project management experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint)
