About Socially India Included Foundation (SIIF)
Socially India Included Foundation (SIIF) is a not-for-profit company listed under Section 8 of Companys Act. SIIF was founded in 2018 in an attempt to move India towards inclusive growth that doesnt leave behind large sections of the society. SIIF is partnering with a leading international agency India to lead programme management and implementation of the Skills initiative with oversight for content curation and management, technology operations, communications support, partnership management, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management and documentation. Through this partnership, SIIF aims to facilitate the provision of platform to young people, problem-solve for challenges, and adopt a dynamic and agile approach towards realising programme goals on the field. Through effective programme delivery and completion of outputs, the larger outcomesthat is young people accessing relevant 21st century skilling and learning courses, getting certified, and being connected to aspirational social and economic opportunities would be realised.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of experience. Looking for varied experience in areas of content development and management, LMS, technology project managent, large data management / dashboards, team handling and interfacing with international agency couterparts. Experience is preferable in eLearning space.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate curated elearning courses based on defined and clear guidelines, tag and update database, evaluate each course and fully test them.
- Support impementation of the program including LMS updates, demos to implementation agencies. Manage LMS instances and do day-to-day LMS tasks like course uploads, user management etc.
- Oversee content development and translations of courses required for implementation agencies. This includes identify vendors to develop learning content and assessment questions, and ensuring development is completed on time.
- Create MIS Dashboard and report progress across different instances, states and subprograms.
- Manage technology projects for developing web and mobile apps to support the program implementation.
- Oversea learning support call centre to support on-field implementation.
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of basic L&D authoring tools.
- Hands on experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with more than one LMS will be added advantage.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills to communicating with multi-faceted and distributed teams.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel. Ability to manage large sets of data and analyze patterns.
- Ability to implement learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills in the design, development and execution of elearning programs.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, ability to have multiple projects in flight at once and in various stages.
- Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision-making.
- Ability to develop program budgets and manage costs.
- Proven success working with senior stakeholders influencing decisions and direction.
- Excellent listener seeks broad input and feedback employs frequent and effective follow-up.
- Understanding of call centre operations.
- Ability to manage team.
