Project Manager

Job Summary

The Civil Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion
• Control site costs and optimize resource utilization
• Implement and enforce health & safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolve technical and operational issues on-site
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Manage site workforce, including laborers and supervisors
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 10-15+ years of construction site experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Good leadership and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus
