About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Shopify eCommerce projects and excellent communication skills in English .

The ideal candidate will assist in managing web design and development projects, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements with attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Shopify website projects from planning to delivery.
• Act as a point of contact between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation timelines, progress reports, and status updates.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks before client reviews or final deliveries.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, approvals, and change requests.
• Assist in creating briefs, wireframes, and functional documents as required.
• Support the project team in task management, resource planning, and issue resolution.
• Communicate project progress clearly and professionally in English (both written and verbal).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in an agency or eCommerce setup).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify understanding of store setup, themes, and basic functionality.
• Good understanding of web design and development processes .
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Notion .
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Shopify Plus , Custom Development , or React-based projects .
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience in handling client communication and feedback loops.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field .
• Project management certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.
