Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Civil Construction Projects across India and East Africa. The responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing projects to completion. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project drawings, progress of work on site, workmanship, adherence to project schedules, coordinate with architects office and other stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and manage resources. The role also involves monitoring project activities, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and the ability to oversee Civil Construction Projects from initiation to completion
• Experience with understanding detail drawings,specifications, good construction practices, workmanship of works, components of civil construction, Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing - HVAC coordination and integration, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Knowledge of Inspection and quality control processes to maintain standards
• Skills including site and design drawings coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
• Bachelors / Master's degree in project management with an onsite experience of 3 years experience is mandatory.
