Project Description:
The Project Manager / Backlog Owner is the individual who has primary responsibility to manage the project by understanding the requirement from Business and get the work done from the Team which would satisfy the needs of the stakeholders, including customers and end users. The candidate is expected to work closely with Tech team, QA and other key stakeholders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. Should have good communication skill and strong positive outlook, willing to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Possesses strong Management abilities essential for managing the project
- Collaborates effectively to bridge Business and software development team and/or QA Team throughout the duration of Project
- Maintain appropriate knowledge on Investment Banking and Corporate Banking
- Good Understanding of Money/Capital Market instruments and various Regulatory authorities like BCBS , PRA, ECB,FATCA, FINRA
- Agile Methodology - knowledge and experience of 'best practice' implementation including driving effectiveness
- Agile Role Framework - understanding of agile roles, defining and driving competencies for the role.
- Jira - expertise in use and reporting including Tableau.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Must have experience working with client life cycle- like onboarding, maintenance, client due diligence, periodic review, offboarding, and client service-related activities.
- Identify, analyze, and model data with respect to on boarding and due diligence processes.
- Provide suitable artifacts and documentation to ensure that solutions provided meet the user requirement.
- Work as part of a delivery team, conduct three amigo/grooming sessions to create user stories, host planning sessions and define test approaches.
- Ensure functional solutions align to the banks strategic direction for simplified front to back architecture.

Mandatory Skills Description:
- Extensive experience from 8 to 10 years in Business/Data analysis , Program Management within financial services showing strong analytical skills and clear problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and understand large amounts of data.
- Proven experience in working with reference data systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Structured, organized, and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced.
- Proven experience working in Agile methodologies and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience with end-to-end design and delivery of solutions
