Job Description
Were Hiring: Project Manager
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Scholastika delivers world-class digital learning content for global clients, including Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of eLearning modules, microlearning, videos & SCORM-based content
- Define learning objectives, instructional approach & interaction design
- Manage client communication, requirement gathering & review cycles
- Lead teams of instructional designers, SMEs, visual designers & multimedia developers
- Ensure instructional, visual & technical quality for all deliverables
- Drive smooth delivery, timelines & governance
- Innovate with new formatsscenario-based learning, simulations, gamification, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design & eLearning
- Strong understanding of SCORM, LMS, xAPI & adult learning principles
- Experience managing multiple projects & client communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience with global/enterprise clients
- Tools: Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, PowerPoint
- Exposure to videos, microlearning & simulations
- ID certifications (added advantage)
