About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Project Manager who can take complete ownership of multiple projects and coordinate seamlessly across Music, Content, Design and Social Media teams. The ideal candidate understands creative workflows and can convert ideas into timely, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to final delivery
Coordinate with Music Production, Social Media, Creative & Content Teams
Create project timelines, task plans, and execution roadmaps
Ensure on-time delivery of all projects without compromising quality
Act as the single point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders
Track progress, dependencies, risks, and resolve issues proactively
Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and status updates
Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports for all ongoing projects
Ensure alignment between creative vision and business goals

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Managemen
tExperience handling multiple teams and parallel project
sStrong understanding of creative, music, or digital content workflow
sExcellent communication, coordination, and leadership skill
sAbility to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadline
sProficient in task management and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, etc.

)
