We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead consulting engagements in Safe City, Smart City, ITMS, and CCTV integration projects for Government and PSU clients. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and driving strategic outcomes in large-scale surveillance and command-and-control center implementations.

>>Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage consulting projects for Safe City / Smart City initiatives.

Oversee design, planning, and execution of ITMS and CCTV integration projects.

Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to project scope.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Manage risk assessment, budgeting, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive innovation and process improvements in project execution.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years overall experience.
• Educational Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech. with M.B.A.
• At least 1 year consulting experience in Government / PSU.
• Minimum 4 years consulting experience in Safe City / Smart City / ITMS / CCTV projects with Government / PSU.
• Must include projects with CCTV camera integration and Command-and-Control Centre.
• Each project should involve minimum 100 CCTV cameras.
• Certifications : PMP or PRINCE2 (at least one mandatory)

Strong expertise in Government Consulting.

In-depth knowledge of Safe City, Smart City, ITMS, and CCTV integration.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and budgeting.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance standards.
