Project Manager (SaaS / Cyber | In-House)

Throttll is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and technically aware Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our SaaS and Cybersecurity products . This is a full-time, in-house role based in Jaipur , ideal for someone who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high execution standards in a fast-paced product environment.

• Own end-to-end project delivery for SaaS and Cybersecurity initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, sprints, and release schedules.

• Act as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure clear communication, task ownership, and timely follow-ups.
• Remove blockers and escalate risks proactively.

• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using tools like Jira / ClickUp / Asana.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes.

• Provide regular project status updates to leadership.
• Track KPIs, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
  

• Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Tech products .
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS development lifecycle and cybersecurity concepts.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar PM tools.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be able to work in-house from Jaipur office .
  

• Experience managing B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity products
• Exposure to DevOps or security-focused teams
• PMP / Scrum Master certification
