Job Description
Project Execution Manager - Utility Scale Solar (10-50 MWp)
Chhattisgarh | Ground-mounted solar | C&I / Captive / Solar Parks
What You'll Do:
- Lead the execution of 1050 MWp ground-mounted solar projects (scaling to 100 MWp+)
- Coordinate daily with EPCs (civil, MMS, electrical, evacuation)
- Track timelines, milestones, and site quality; flag risks early
- Interface with utilities and inspectors for approvals, synchronization & COD
- Support documentation, billing milestones, and O&M handover
You're a strong fit if you have:
- 48 years of solar project execution experience
- 50 MWp cumulative execution exposure (utility-scale / C&I)
- Background with developers or Tier-1 EPCs
- Experience in CG / MP / Odisha / Jharkhand (plus)
