Project Manager (Residential & Hospitality Projects)

An interior & architecture design practice in Greater Kailash is hiring a Project Manager with an experience range of 7-10 years, to oversee execution of residential and hospitality interior projects. The firm handles projects from design coordination through on-site implementation.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site interior works. The role involves managing contractors, monitoring quality, tracking timelines and budgets, and supporting project delivery in alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

Prepare and track project schedules and execution timelines

Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams

Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to approved drawings

Track procurement and material deliveries

Monitor project costs and manage variations where applicable

Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates

Maintain site documentation and project reports

Oversee snag resolution and support project handover

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

710 years of experience in interior project execution

Experience handling residential or hospitality interior projects

Understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Experience coordinating vendors and subcontractors

Strong organizational and communication skills

Work Schedule

Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi

Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
