Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Tata Research Institute Project in Hyderabad. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, project execution expertise, and a strong focus on high-quality finishing standards. The role involves managing the complete construction lifecycle and ensuring the project is delivered on time with excellent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the project from planning to completion.
• Ensure high-quality finishing standards in all civil and architectural works.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and project updates for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• 15 20 Years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in institutional / research / commercial building projects preferred.
• Strong experience in handling finishing works and quality control.
