Job Overview

The Project Manager will lead and deliver complex IT projects, including client-facing outsourcing transitions and internal strategic initiatives. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and produce progress reports.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
• Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and clients when necessary.

Financial & Documentation Management

• Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Track expenditures and apply earned value analysis.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as SOWs, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Operational Excellence

• Improve project delivery processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all phases of the project.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

Technical & Functional Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong understanding of project planning methodologies
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Scope definition, SOW creation, and milestone-based planning
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• ITIL Certification
