Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
The role involves optimizing strategies and analyzing faculty data.
Attention to increase the student satisfaction and utilization of faculty.
Track Record of faculty performance and utilization, and coordinate with respective stakeholders to help them in their academics.
Track Top & Bottom Performers and their progress.
Identify bottom-performing faculties and plan their actionable.
Maintaining real-time data of all the faculty members, including their complete info.
