Title: Project Manager

Work Hours : 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Location: Hyderabad

Must be work from office


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a range of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Develop and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage project changes, ensuring appropriate adjustment in timelines and resources.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and team efficiency.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
