Project Manager (Polyglot & AI-Native)

E-care India is seeking a versatileProject Managerto lead our technical evolution. We are at a pivotal crossroads: maintaining a robust.NET legacy foundationwhile rapidly expanding our modernGolang microservicesandAI-enabled product suite.

We need a leader with 10+ years of experience who is "tech-agnostic"someone who can navigate complex legacy codebases just as easily as they can architect a cutting-edge AI agent.

You will manage a team of engineers tasked with keeping our core.NET servicesrunning smoothly while proactively identifying areas to refactor intoGolangor enhance withGenerative AI. You are the architect of our transition from "traditional" to "AI-native."

• Architectural Evolution:Oversee the coexistence and integration of.NET (Legacy)andGolang (Modern)services usingDockerfor standardized deployment.
• AI Strategy:Proactively propose and build AI-enabled solutions (e.g., automated clinical documentation, predictive scheduling, or LLM-driven support) to move the company forward.
• Project Proactivity:Don't just take ticketsidentify technical debt and business opportunities. You are expected to pitch projects that improve efficiency and ROI.
• Polyglot Mentorship:Lead a diverse team of engineers, helping .NET developers transition to Go and ensuring everyone is upskilled in AI toolsets.
• Operational Excellence:Modernize our CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategy to ensure seamless delivery across all tech stacks.

Experience: 10+ yearsin software engineering; 3+ years in people management.

.NET Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in C# / .NET frameworks to manage and optimize legacy systems.

Golang: Deep understanding of Go for building high-performance, concurrent microservices.

DevOps: Expert-level knowledge ofDockerand container orchestration.

AI Native: Hands-on experience with AI APIs, vector databases, or embedding AI into existing software workflows.

Adaptability: A "Polyglot" approachproven experience working across a wide variety of languages and frameworks.

The Ideal Candidate will be a "T-Shaped" leader, who should have broad knowledge across many technologies (Cloud, Databases, Frontend) and deep expertise in the .NET/Go/AI trifecta. Should have excellent communication skillsshould be able to communicate between the CEO and the Software Engineers about the need of transition from .NET to Golang.
