Project Manager

Were hiring a Program Manager(on-site) to lead execution for a large-scale, multi-stakeholder project in the public sector space. This role sits at the center of operations: managing internal teams, coordinating with institutional stakeholders, and ensuring smooth, timely delivery across workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

-Act as the primary point of coordination with client stakeholders and on-ground teams

-Translate discussions and inputs into clear briefs and actionable plans

-Own timelines and execution across social media, content, PR, and digital initiatives

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, video, tech) to ensure delivery quality

-Manage approvals, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment

-Anticipate upcoming activities and ensure readiness across teams

-Ensure consistency between on-ground activities and digital communication

What Were Looking For

- 46 years of experience in agency, consulting, or program management roles

- Strong understanding of content, social media, and basic digital workflows

- Comfortable working in structured, multi-stakeholder environments

- Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Based in Bengaluru - Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi.
