Project Manager PMO & Technical Project Support

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Technical Project Manager in managing, coordinating, and reporting on various projects and activities within the SWE organisation. This role will also be responsible for PMO-related tasks and customer implementation support, especially for software solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with the broader WDTS global business and help ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and communication.

Specifically, an individual in this role will:

• Work with the Technical Project Manager in tracking activities, timelines, and coordination.
• Assist in setting up and improving the Project Administration (PMO) function at WDTS.
• Maintain and support project governance, processes, tools, and documentation.
• Train and assist teams in adopting project tools and practices.
• Coordinate reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support tracking of milestones, tasks, change requests, and implementation activities.
• Support administrative tasks including procurement, resource coordination, budgets, and travel.
• Ensure compliance with agreed project and PMO processes.

Requirements:

• 810 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery.
• Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience supporting customer implementation projects.
• Resourceful demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline.
• Process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adjust working hours to support global teams and on-site project needs.
