About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Corporate Interiors to lead end-to-end execution of corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects across Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to handover
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor site execution, quality control, and safety compliance
• Ensure adherence to timelines and cost control measures
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contractor performance
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project closure

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management
• 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-outs
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and site execution
• Proven experience handling multiple large-scale corporate interior projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (preferred)
• Willingness to travel across project sites

Preferred Profile

• Experience in handling corporate office interior projects
• Strong vendor network in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
