Job Title: Project Manager Corporate Interior Design


Location: Bangalore

Department: Project Management

Reports To: Director / Head of Projects


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of corporate office interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage complete lifecycle of interior design projectsfrom concept to handover
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and cost
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
  • Handle procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and material approvals
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 510 years of experience in project management within interior fit-outs or construction
  • Proven experience in corporate/commercial office interior projects
  • Strong understanding of design processes, materials, and execution techniques
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel)
