Role - Delivery Lead (Project Manager + Business Analyst)
All 5 days - Work from Office
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead who will combine project delivery leadership with business analysis responsibilities to successfully implement Jira Service Management as the new ITSM platform. This role will coordinate delivery teams, lead stakeholder workshops, and ensure successful migration and rollout of core ITSM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Jira Service Management implementation from initiation through production rollout.
- Define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines aligned with Alter Domus ServiceNow transition plan.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams including architects, configuration engineers, integration engineers, and QA.
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Business Analysis & Process Design
- Facilitate workshops with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define ITSM processes.
- Analyze existing ServiceNow workflows and map them to Jira Service Management capabilities.
- Define requirements for:
- Incident management
- Service request catalog
- Identity and access workflows
- Monitoring-driven incident automation
- Knowledge management
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration specifications for implementation teams.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact between Photon delivery teams and Alter Domus stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and governance oversight.
- Coordinate platform rollout and adoption across IT support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or platform implementation.
- Experience delivering ITSM platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, BMC, etc.).
- Strong experience facilitating requirements workshops and process discovery sessions.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.
Excellent stakeholder communication and governance management skills.
