About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce delivery, Agile methodologies, and large-scale program coordination. The role involves driving end to end delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing dependencies, and fostering a strong Agile culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to optimize flow and ensure continuous improvement across complex initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Agile Program Execution: Manage and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring readiness across scope, content, logistics, and value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile Events: Run key ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives, and other team of teams events.
• Drive Cross Team Alignment: Monitor planning execution, support synchronization activities, and guide cross team backlog refinement for strategic alignment.
• Coach Teams & Leaders: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Lean Agile principles, promoting strong ways of working.
• Manage Risks & Dependencies: Identify and track cross team risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely mitigation to support delivery outcomes.
• Enable Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and leadership while ensuring transparency and communication.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Track delivery status, monitor key metrics, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives, data driven insights, technology adoption, and process enhancements.
• Provide Metrics & Reporting: Report progress, predictability, flow, and team health metrics for leadership and governance forums.
• Manage Salesforce Delivery: Oversee delivery of Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, integrations, testing) in partnership with technology teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 1018 years of experience managing complex, multi team projects and Agile programs.
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including platform configuration, development concepts (Apex, LWC), integrations, and testing.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including SCRUM and Agile Program/Release Train Management.
• Experience with SAFe and large scale Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Rally for planning, reporting, and dependency tracking.
• Solid project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to use metrics (velocity, predictability, flow) to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Relevant education & certifications such as a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect preferred).
