Project Manager

Title: Sr. Executive Project Management (NPD | Engineering)

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ at least 3 years in Project Management

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sr. Executive Project Management to support New Product Development (NPD) and Current Product Development (CPD) projects. This role involves working closely with engineering teams, global stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and disciplined project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute NPD / CPD projects
• Define scope, plan timelines, and manage resources
• Coordinate with global teams (US, APAC, EMEA)
• Track milestones, conduct review meetings, and drive closure
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and metrics
• Support ISO documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years overall experience with 4+ years in Project Management
• Strong project execution and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

Preferred:

• Engineering or Manufacturing background
• NPD / product development experience
• PMP certification (added advantage)
