The opportunity : Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Develop and implement a strategic supply chain framework to support the project's operational and business objectives. 
_x000D_ Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation. 
_x000D_ Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. 
_x000D_ Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs. 
_x000D_ Collaborate with project managers to forecast demand and ensure supply chain readiness for project milestones. 
_x000D_ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. 
_x000D_ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain management. 
_x000D_ Lead and develop the SCM team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. 
_x000D_ Work closely with management and project team to align supply chain activities with project schedules. 
_x000D_ Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and control costs within the supply chain. 
_x000D_ Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and IT, to integrate supply chain processes. 
_x000D_ Engage with vendors to build strategic partnerships and ensure quality service.  

_x000D_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

10-12 years of experience in supply chain roles, with significant experience in a leadership capacity, ideally within the mixed-use development (commercial real estate and industrial warehouse) 
_x000D_ Familiarity with contract formats such as FIDIC, EPC models, etc. 
_x000D_ Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP and inventory management systems. 
_x000D_ Understanding of quality assurance processes and vendor management practices.  

_x000D_ Experience

_x000D_ Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
_x000D_ Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are preferred.
