Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000D_ Bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering in Structural/Civil Engineering or related fields .

_x000D_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

Designing structural systems for mixed-use buildings and industrial warehouses, ensuring they meet safety, stability, and functionality requirements. 
_x000D_ Conducting structural analysis to assess the strength and stability of materials and designs, considering various loads and usage scenarios. 
_x000D_ Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations tailored to mixed-use developments, including considerations for vertical and horizontal loads. 
_x000D_ Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure structural designs align with overall project goals and regulatory requirements. 
_x000D_ Performing site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. 
_x000D_ Reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals from contractors, ensuring compliance with structural design intent. 
_x000D_ Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for structural challenges specific to mixed-use and industrial environments. 
_x000D_ Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to mixed-use developments and industrial warehousing. 
_x000D_ Preparing reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies, focusing on structural integrity and compliance. 
_x000D_ Implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability. 
_x000D_  Prepare detailed architectural and structural designs while ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g. ASHRAE, ISO). 
_x000D_ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory codes, standards, and certifications, including green building certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC). 

_x000D_ Experience

_x000D_ 10-12 years of experience in design and engineering for building structures, RCC, PEB buildings, etc.  
_x000D_ Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing
