What will you get to work on?

As the Project Manager at Osfin.ai, you will:

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Own and run all SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive sprint execution and ensure commitments are met with high quality and predictability
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into well-groomed backlogs
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them
• Track and report delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown, cycle time, and release predictability
• Improve Agile maturity across teams by coaching best practices and driving continuous improvement
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Own release planning and execution, ensuring smooth and timely deployments
• Ensure strong documentation hygiene across JIRA, Confluence, and related tools

What do we expect from you?

• 25 years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of Agile, SCRUM, and Lean principles with real-world execution experience
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously without losing focus
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge timelines and assumptions
• High ownership mindset, you dont wait to be told, you make things happen
• Engineering background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a strong plus
