About the Role:

We are looking for aBusiness Analyst + Project Manager (BA/PM)who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have astrong technical understanding, the ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and experience managing project delivery. Experience in thefintech industrywill be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and documentbusiness and functional requirementsfrom stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements intoclear technical specifications and user storiesfor engineering teams.
• Manageend-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely withproduct managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholdersto ensure smooth project delivery.
• Facilitaterequirement discussions, sprint planning, and project status meetings.
• Monitor project progress and trackrisks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure effective communication betweentechnical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist inprocess improvements, workflow optimization, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 45 years of experiencein a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or combined BA/PM role in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)andagile methodologies.
• Experience working withtechnical teams and engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to writedetailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical background(Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience).
• Prior experience in thefintech industryis highly preferred.
• Familiarity withAPIs, system integrations, and modern web applications.
• Experience withproject management and collaboration toolssuch as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar.
